(hereinafter "the Company") deeply acknowledges its responsibility that customers' personal information constitutes important information related to privacy when conducting services such as the discovery, evaluation, and introduction of domestic and international technologies, and the provision of related information. When handling personal information in our business operations, we strictly adheres to applicable laws, governmental norms, and regulatory guidelines concerning personal information. We maintain rigorous internal regulations and a robust organizational structure dedicated to data security. By striving for the appropriate protection of personal information, we respect our customers and aim to meet their expectations and trust in the Company.

Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information

The Company specifies the purpose of use for personal information within the scope of its business activities and acquires, uses, and provides personal information fairly and appropriately, to the necessary and minimum extent required to achieve that purpose. We also take measures to prevent the use of acquired personal information for purposes other than those specified.

The Company appropriately responds to inquiries from the individual regarding the personal information we handle, such as requests for disclosure, correction, cessation of use, deletion, and complaints or consultation.

Privacy Policy (User Information Handling)

TECH MANAGE Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, of users of the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

1. Collected User Information and Collection Methods

In this Policy, "User Information" means information related to user identification, action history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in relation to the user or the user's device, which the Company collects based on this Policy.

(1) Information Provided by the User
- Information necessary for user identification and contact, including name, email address, phone number, current workplace, and occupation.
- Details regarding the user's specific technologies of interest.
- Any further information explicitly provided or transmitted by the user via input forms or other designated company methods.

(2) Information Provided by Other Services when Linking is Permitted
- The ID used by the user on the external service.
- Other information that the user permits to be disclosed.

(3) Information Collected by the Company when using the Service
- Identifiers such as referrer, IP address, access logs, Cookie, ADID, and IDFA.

2. Purpose of Use

(1) Provision, maintenance, improvement, and identity verification of the Service.
(2) Traffic measurement and behavior analysis.
(3) Distribution, display, and measurement of advertising effectiveness.
(4) Responding to inquiries.
(5) Responding to violations of the terms and conditions.
(6) Notification of changes to the terms and conditions.

3. Provision to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases:

(1) When outsourcing business operations to the minimum extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
(2) Provision accompanying business succession.
(3) Provision to partners or providers of information collection modules (based on Item 5).
(4) When there is a request for cooperation based on laws and regulations.
(5) When permitted by law.

4. Provision to Third Parties Located in Foreign Countries

When providing personal information to a third party located in a foreign country, the Company will notify or publicly announce information regarding the personal information protection system in the third party's country and the safety management measures taken by the third party in advance, and then obtain the user's consent. This consent will be obtained through a method verifiable by the user, such as a web checkbox, electronic signature, or email.

5. Security Management Measures

The Company implements the following security management measures:
① Establishment of a Basic Policy.
② Maintenance of various regulations.
③ Establishment of an organizational security management system.
④ Personnel security management (confidentiality rules, training, etc.).
⑤ Physical security management (access control, restriction of removal, etc.).
⑥ Technical security management (prevention of unauthorized access, etc.).

6. Joint Use

The Company implements the following security management measures:
(1) Information to be jointly used: Profile information and information on technologies of interest.
(2) Scope of users: TECH MANAGE SCOUTING CORP.
(3) Purpose of use: For the provision of technical information.
(4) Person responsible for management: Kenji Hara, President and Representative Director, TECH MANAGE SCOUTING CORP.

7. Disclosure of Personal Information

The Company will disclose personal information without delay upon request from the user (Fee: ¥1,000 (excluding tax)).

8. Correction, Cessation of Use, and Deletion of Personal Information

(1) If a request for correction or cessation of use is made, we will investigate and respond, and notify the user.
(2) If a request for deletion is made, we will comply within a reasonable scope and notify the user.
(3) We may not respond if there is no legal obligation for the Company to do so.

9. Pseudonymized and Anonymized Information

When handling pseudonymized or anonymized information, we will manage it appropriately based on laws and guidelines. When providing anonymized information to a third party, we will publicly announce the items and methods of provision.

11. Procedures for Amending the Privacy Policy

If this Policy is to be amended due to legal revisions or other reasons, the effective date and content of the revised policy will be notified or announced through an appropriate method. For amendments that require user consent, the revised policy will only apply to users who have provided consent.
