These Terms of Use (hereinafter "these Terms") stipulate the conditions for using the website "Tech Manage" (https://www.tech-manage.co.jp/, hereinafter "the Site") operated by TECH MANAGE Corp. (hereinafter "the Company"). All users (hereinafter "Users") of the Site must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy (https://www.tech-manage.co.jp/privacy) before using the Site.
Note: On the input forms of the Site, submission is only possible if the User checks the box indicating agreement to these Terms and the aforementioned Policy.
The primary purpose of the Site is to provide information regarding technology seeds, research results, know-how, etc. (hereinafter "Technical Information") held mainly by universities or research institutions. Users can receive related services by entering and submitting the required information in the form prescribed by the Company if they wish to request materials or contact regarding Technical Information of interest. These Terms apply to all use of the Site.
The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice if deemed necessary. The amended Terms of Use shall become effective from the time they are displayed on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after the amendment, the User is deemed to have agreed to such amendment.
The Technical Information published on the Site is based on the results of research and development at each university or research institution. However, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or currency of the published content. All decisions and actions regarding the utilization, adoption, or application of Technical Information shall be made at the sole responsibility of the User. The Company shall not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
Intellectual property rights related to the Technical Information published on the Site (including technology pending patent application), and copyrights and all other rights concerning the technical content, diagrams, texts, images, and other content, fundamentally belong to the relevant university or research institution. Users are prohibited from reproducing, reprinting, distributing, selling, altering, or publicly transmitting the content without the permission of the right holder and the Company.
Users may utilize some functions of the Site by entering and submitting the following information in the form prescribed by the Company:

The handling of registered information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy separately established by the Company.
Users must not register using false information or information belonging to a third party.
Users shall not perform the following acts:
Providing false information
Unauthorized use of Technical Information, unauthorized provision to third parties, or resale
Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site (e.g., excessive access, spamming, etc.)
Acts that infringe upon the rights or interests of others
Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
The Company may suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the Site without prior notice to the User in any of the following cases:
Suspension for server or system maintenance
Force majeure events such as disasters or emergencies
Other cases where the Company deems it necessary
The Company shall not be liable for any damage (including indirect, special, or consequential damage) arising from the use of the Site or actions based on the Technical Information.
The Company shall not be involved in, nor responsible for, any disputes that arise between Users or with a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Furthermore, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance for any disputes arising concerning the use of the Site.
