After working at the finance department, took a study leave for Waseda Business School at Waseda University. Returned to work in the Recruit Group Management, Human Resources, and Information Systems departments. Began working in technology transfer services in 2003, and established Tech Manage Corp. in 2012. Has coauthored "Knowledge management at Recruit Co.,Ltd." (Nikkei BP). Comes from Izumo city, Shimane Prefecture. In his free time, enjoys practicing with his band and going to soccer matches.

Joined the technology transfer dept. of Recruit Co.,Ltd., the predecessor organization of Tech Manage Corp., in 2005, after received a MEng at the Tokyo Tech. Along the way, he enrolled in a PhD program at Kyoto University in 2008, resumed work in technology transfer business in 2012 when Tech Manage Corp. was being founded. Received his PhD from Kyoto University for his study of marine biology.

Over 15 years of working experiences include a financial associate generating and analyzing financial statements at a major publication and human resources company in Japan, and a captive manager preparing financial statements and complying all aspects of legal requirements for captive insurance clients at a major insurance company in the U.S, and joined Tech Manage Corp. in 2017.
